Register now for Auckland NHC Trials – Tier 1 and Tier 2 Men’s & Women’s Teams!!

Auckland Hockey is thrilled to announce we are hosting trials to enter NHC teams in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 Men’s and Women’s competitions this year!

We want to focus on building our young talent and the introduction of Tier 2 Auckland NHC Men’s and Women’s teams will provide an exciting new pathway for U23 and fringe NHC players.

The Ford National Hockey Championship will take place in Palmerston North during the week of 15-21 September 2024.

We strongly encourage all interested players to register. Complete the Registration Form below by Monday 24th June.

NHC Women’s Trials

Trial 1: Thursday 27th June @ 6:30pm – 8:30pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Trial 2: Monday 1st July @ 7:30pm – 9:30pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

NHC Men’s Trials

Open Training: Monday 24th June  @ 7.30pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Open Training: Monday 1st July @ 7.30pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Trial 1: 15th July @ 7pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Trial 2: 22nd July @ 7pm, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Build Up Matches

2-3 Practice matches vs Northern Region Association teams will be organised for various Sunday’s in July for the Men and July/Aug for the Women. Dates TBC.

Weekly Training

Training will be once per week on Mondays or Sundays TBC through July/August and move to twice per week after Club Finals weekend in mid-August. Dates TBC.

Costs

Player contribution costs will be $1500 for this year’s campaign for players in the NHC tier 1 and 2 teams.
