AK Summer Hockey is back!

Youth, Family and Senior Social Grades – Five a-side:

Thursdays 1st February – 21 March 2024 (8 Week Competition).

For hockey teams who are looking for a social hockey competition over summer!

 

Competition Dates

Youth, Family and Senior: Thursdays: 1st February – 21 March 2024

Venue: Auckland Hockey Turf – Lloyd Elsmore Park

8 Weeks of Competition
5 a-side
1/3 field

 

Game Times

Youth Grade: 4pm-5:30pm*

Family Grade: 5:30pm – 7pm*

Senior Grade: 6:15pm-7:45pm*

* Game times subject to change based on team entries.

Competition Fees

$395 per Senior team

$350 per Family team

$300 per Youth team

* All grades team numbers are limited. Minimum of 6 teams per grade required for Grade to play. 

 

Mixed teams only

Mandatory requirement of  2 female players on the field at all times.

Social Grade 1

For players who are competitive players, eg teams made up predominantly of higher grade Division players but can include low number of Premier and Reserve players with a mix of players across various grades/abilities.

Social Grade 2

For players who are experienced, recommended for lower division players.

Social Grade 3

For players that are very social and those who are not regular hockey players.

Youth Grade

For secondary school aged hockey players who are looking to play a fun exciting version of hockey over summer. All players must be under the age of 18 as at 1st January.

Family Grade

Teams to consist of minimum of 2 children (10-18 years old) and 3 adults (18 +). This grade will play at family friendly times.
