2021 Winter Competition Review Stakeholder Survey

AKH will host a Competition Review Forum in the coming months as time and changes in Alert Levels allow. Representatives from Clubs will be invited to attend the forum. To inform discussion at this forum we are very interested in hearing from you first. We also want to hear your thoughts on the end of the 2021 season and finals.

Please take 2 minutes to complete the relevant Competition Review Survey for your 2021 hockey experience(s), whether it’s Junior, Youth, Senior and/or Premier Reserve. We want to hear from you – our parents, players, coaches, managers, officials, umpires etc. A separate Premier Intercity survey will come out from the Intercity Organising Committee.
