Y5&6 – Y7&8 Festivals 2022 Edition – April School Holidays

AKH is thrilled to announce that registrations are now open for the Yr 5 & 6 and Yr 7 & 8 Festivals 2022 Edition during the April School Holidays.

Due to the success of our 2021 event, this year we are having two separate festival days running from 9.30am to 3.30pm at Auckland Hockey Stadium, Lloyd Elsmore Park.

Tuesday 26th April at LEP – Yr 5 and 6 Festival – 7 aside half field games (boards and no outs)

Wednesday 27th April at LEP – Yr 7 and 8 Festival – 6 aside half field games (boards and no outs)

Last year these days were a super success with 20 teams from HPHC, Somerville, SDHC, Waitakere, MEHC, University, AISC, GWHC, and school teams taking part and a record number of hot chips being consumed!

The event is open to social and competitive boys, girls and mixed teams from across NZ!
Team registrations close 20th April 2022.

We can accommodate 20 teams for each day and it is recommended that the teams have between 9-10 players each. In the absence of sponsorship this year the fee per team is $100 per team ($10 per player) to cover our costs of umpires, prizes, and the DJ. The well received Learn to DJ opportunity will be available on both days.
