Women’s Hockey World Cup update – Black Sticks eyeing Quarter Finals

The Vantage Black Stick’s Women are on the cusp of qualifying directly for the quarter finals of the World Cup following their impressive 3-1 victory over England and 2-2 draw with China in their opening game.

Facing India in their last pool game on Friday morning @ 5:30am, the team are guaranteed a spot in the second round but will be chasing direct qualification into the Quarter Finals if they can remain top of the group with another strong performance.
