Women in Coaching Survey

We are calling on Auckland Hockey clubs and female hockey stakeholders to help complete a Women in Hockey Coaching survey for stakeholders in the Auckland region.
This survey is a precursor to a workshop on the same topic to be held at the end of the 2022 season on Saturday 24 September.
There is currently a lack of female coaches within Hockey in New Zealand. We are wanting to identify barriers and issues holding women back from putting themselves forward for, and ultimately succeeding in coaching roles at all levels of hockey.
We are seeking your feedback through this survey so we can collate information and plan a workshop for all interested woman to discuss and understand how we best support interested female coaches to thrive within the hockey community both regionally and nationally.
Survey findings and workshop outputs will be shared with Hockey NZ and all regional associations to facilitate insight and promote steps forward in this space.
