Polytan, Auckland Hockey’s Turf and Sustainability Partner, have some left over turf from the Kings College turf replacement that has been offered as a fundraising opportunity.
We want to raise important funds to help toward some repair work on Turf 2 at Lloyd Elsmore Park Stadium and help keep this turf out of landfill. We are happy to be able to help and are pleased to offer the turf to our community at a very competitive rate. The turf is in good condition and will be suitable for gardens, garages, training mats etc.
All turf ordered will be delivered to Lloyd Elsmore Park Stadium for collection on the weekend of 24th/25th of February. Collection times TBC based on orders.
Details:
Width: Approx. 750mm
Length: Approx. 20m’s per roll (rolls can be cut into smaller lengths at 5m, 10m, or 15m)
Cost: $5 per lineal metre (20m length = $100 incl GST)
Weight: a 20m roll weighs approx 100kg. We will have a forklift to assist with loading into trailers/ute trays.
