When you engage with us on our website, we collect the data.
In most situation we anonymised your data but in some instances like, player registration forms we collect personal information from you, including:
- Your name and the names of family members and/or emergency contact points
- Your contact information like your phone, email and physical address
The computer or network you use to access our site - The interactions you have with us
- Billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to facilitate the sport of Hockey.
Besides our staff, we share this information with other facilitators including Hockey New Zealand, in order to ensure registration details are correct and comply with health and safety, child protection and any other policies listed on our website as part of our policies which you can find here.
Providing some information is optional.
If you choose not to enter all your details, we’ll may have some difficulties facilitating Hockey for you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
