Auckland Hockey with support from AKTIVE are proud to present to you our Hockey at Home: Skills for All – On the Ball series of drills.

Work your way through the video skill drills. Take your time to work through each of the drill challenges and don’t forget to send us a short video of yourself attempting these skills. You can tag us in your Facebook video/photo or send a short video/photo to Sandie Mackie @ coaching@akhockey.org.nz
