Session Times (by level):

Beginners: 6:00pm – 7:15pm
Intermediate: 7:15pm – 8:30pm

Level: Club & School — The programme is aimed at goalkeepers from Year 6 to Year 11. Players will be allocated into groups based on ability.

Footwork, positioning & balance
Communication & organisation
Shot stopping & clearance — foot, stick and glove saves
7-metre block and clear
