AKH CEO Manoj Daji chats with Kylie Clegg (nee Foy) former Black Stick and Olympian in today’s Flashback Friday episode.

Kylie is currently deputy chair of the Waitemata District Health Board and on the Boards of Sport NZ and Auckland Transport. She has a corporate legal background, having specialised in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance advice across a range of industries for private and publicly listed companies, as well as government organisations.  

As a former Black Stick for nine years, including captaining the Black Sticks Women to the Sydney 2000 Olympics, sport is a integral part of Kylie’s life. Today it is spent as a supporter on the sidelines of the many sports her children play at grass roots level.  

Kylie has also been chair of the New Zealand Olympic Committee’s Athletes’ Commission, board member of the New Zealand Olympic Committee, trustee and board member of the Halberg Disability Sports Foundation, board member of Hockey NZ and Hockey Foundation.
