Coach Education and Development session with Vantage Black Sticks Womens Coach Phil Burrows

Auckland Hockey is excited to host a free Coach Education and Development session with the Head Coach of the Vantage Black Sticks Women, Phil Burrows.

Auckland Hockey Head of Hockey Jude Menezes will host the session, including a chance for Q&As with Phil.

The session is aimed at equipping coaches with knowledge of the latest trends in hockey to support athlete development and personal growth.

Whether you are new to coaching or an experienced mentor, this session will strengthen your coaching skills, build a support network and foster a consistent approach to coaching our athletes within our region and stay aligned with the themes in the National programme.

Following the seminar, you are welcome to observe a coaching session run by Phil for the Auckland Regional Training Environment with a few Black Sticks and elite Auckland athletes. The training session will run from 7.30-9.30pm.
