Ruby Baker Receives Black Sticks World Cup Call-Up

Congratulations to Auckland Hockey representative Ruby Baker who has been called into the Vantage Black Sticks Women squad as injury cover for Hannah Gravenall ahead of the 2026 FIH Hockey World Cup.

Ruby will join the travelling squad as they depart Auckland on 3rd August for Belgium ahead of the tournament.

She joins fellow Auckland representatives Rebecca Baker, Katie Doar, Grace O’Hanlon and Liz Thompson in representing New Zealand on the world stage.
