Join the 2021 AKH RPC in collaboration with STUDIO BOX 

This successful AKH development programme is now taking applications for Block 2 starting on 23rd January.

Get a head start on your 2021 season.

Applications close 23^rd December with Joe Hanks at cdo@akhockey.org.nz and are limited to 45 places.

Details :

– Block 2: 23^rd Jan 2021 – 25^th  Feb 2021

– Incorporates 30 optional Studio Box sessions per athlete: 7^th Feb to 7^th March

Coaches: Joe Hanks; Dylan Thomas; Tori Vao, Vic Methven, Jimmy Grant, Manoj Daji, Paul White and John Bonneywell.

Schedule

Mondays @ AGS Gym 2 – 5.30pm to 7pm: Indoor Hockey/Strength and Conditioning with Paul White

Wednesdays @ LEP – 7pm to 8.30pm: Turf session/Holistic Development sessions with Expert Guest Presenters like Ryan Archibald.

Saturdays @ AGS Turf – 9am to 10.30am (Emerging) and 10.30am -12pm (Advanced)

Groups

Emerging (15 – 18 year olds)

Advanced (17 – 25 year olds)

Cost: $400 per athlete (payable on acceptance of application) includes 30 sessions at Studio Box plus a free new 2021 Retro Adidas training shirt and physical testing.
